Scope of Services. Through this Site, All Valley Mobile Mechanic markets and arranges Brake Repair, Oil Change, Vehicle Diagnostics, Engine Repair, Suspension Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by All Valley Mobile Mechanic or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. All Valley Mobile Mechanic does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation. In no event will All Valley Mobile Mechanic's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify All Valley Mobile Mechanic against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by AZ law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in AZ for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
